Dolaf Bin Tipper Description
This Dolaf bin tipper is designed to lift and tip a 600 Litre Dolaf bin (1200 x
1000 x 750mm) at a height of 1500mm. The Dolaf bin tipper is constructed from Grade
304 stainless steel and is a fully TIG welded construction throughout. This Dolaf
bin tipper would be powered via a hydraulic powerpack and would tip the containers
by the extension of a pair of stainless steel hydraulic cylinders. The Dolaf bin
tipper will operate on a 'dead mans handle' principle and would be bolted to the
floor. The hydraulic cylinders will be fitted with hydraulic fuses to prevent the
bin from falling in the unlikely event of a hose failure.

Dolaf Bin Tipper Application Story
This Dolaf bin tipper was required to load fish onto a production line. The Dolaf bins were loaded using a hand pallet truck and the contents then lifted and tipped into a receiving hopper. The Dolaf bin tipper had a large 3mm stainless steel tipping chute that fitted the Dolaf bin closely to prevent product spillage and to provide additional reach into the receiving hopper.
