Hydraulic Bin Lift Description
The hydraulic bin lift is designed to lift and tip a standard 200 Litre tote bin
at a height of 1000mm. The hydraulic bin lift is constructed from Grade 304 stainless
steel and is a fully TIG welded construction throughout. This hydraulic bin lift
would be powered via a hydraulic power pack and would tip the containers by the
extension of a stainless steel hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic bin lift will operate
on a 'dead mans handle' principle and is mobile on two fixed and two swivel braked
castors. The hydraulic cylinder will be fitted with a hydraulic fuse to prevent
the bin from falling in the unlikely event of a hose failure.

Hydraulic Bin Lift Application Story
This hydraulic bin lift was designed to lift and tip sausage roll fillings and or
pie fillings into a depositor hopper on a production line. The hydraulic bin lift
was designed to interface with the existing depositor frame work and to physically
latch to the depositor base frame to ensure that there was no spillage during the
tipping operation.
