Hydraulic Bin Tipper Description
This hydraulic bin tipper is designed to lift and tip a standard 200 Litre tote
bin at a height of 1200mm. The hydraulic bin tipper is constructed from Grade 304
stainless steel and is a fully TIG welded construction throughout. This hydraulic
bin tipper would be powered via a hydraulic power pack and would tip the containers
by the extension of a stainless steel hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic bin tipper
will operate on a 'dead mans handle' principle and would be bolted to the floor.
The hydraulic cylinder will be fitted with a hydraulic fuse to prevent the bin from
falling in the unlikely event of a hose failure.

Hydraulic Bin Tipper Application Story
The hydraulic bin tipper shown can be used for a whole range of applications where
a 200 Litre tote bin needs to be discharged at heights up to approximately 1250mm.
They are particularly useful for tipping product onto tables or chutes for sorting
or picking. They can also be used to load product onto belt and flighted conveyors
where the product is tipped into a feed hopper at the bottom of the conveyor.
