Pneumatic Bin Weigher Description
The pneumatic bin weigher is designed to manually lift a standard 200 or 300 Litre tote bin and weigh the contents of the bin. The pneumatic bin weigher is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, is fully TIG welded throughout and will operate on a 'dead mans handle' principle. The pneumatic bin weigher is fitted with a single 1250 Kgs Load Cell and a Ian Fellows Lucid display unit. All of the electrical equipment is mounted in enclosures rated to IP65. This pneumatic bin weigher is designed on a 'Goal Post' principle such that it straddles the container to be weighed. To weigh a container an operator would load a bin into the pneumatic bin weigher and press the ‘UP’ Pneumatic push button to pneumatically raise the bin off the floor. Once the bin is clear of the floor its weight will be displayed.

Pneumatic Bin Weigher Application Story
This pneumatic bin weigher is designed to lift a Standard 200 or 300 Litre tote bin and to display the weight of the contents of the bin on the Ian Fellows Lucid Display Unit. The lifting operation is carried out by the extension of a pneumatic cylinder that lifts the bin vertically clear of the floor. The Lucid display unit can be configured to give various outputs to integrate with other equipment and systems.
