Powder Mill Description
This Comil Powder Mill is supplied by Ytron Quadro and includes a hand operated
lifting system which raises and lowers the milling head as required. The Powder
Mill was mobile on castors and was manufactured from Grade 304 and 316 Stainless
Steel. The electrical control system incorporated an inverter to provide adjustment
of the milling speed, together with a safety system that would not permit access
to the milling head when it was running. All of the electrical equipment was mounted
in an IP65 rated enclosure.
Powder Mill Application Story
The Milling System is used to mill powders to a very fine particle size and has
numerous applications in both the Food and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industries.
