Mixing Bowl Tipper Description
The mixing bowl tipper is a single pillar tipper that is designed to lift and tip
a Hobart Mixing Bowl at a discharge height of 1525mm. The mixing bowl tipper is
constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, is fully TIG welded throughout and will
operate on a 'dead mans handle' principle. Lifting with the mixing bowl tipper is
achieved by a ¾” Simplex chain driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the
main column. The Hobart Mixing Bowl is wheeled into the lifting frame and is latched
during the tipping operation. The mixing bowl tipper is designed to be mobile on
two fixed and two swivel braked castors.

Mixing Bowl Tipper Application Story
This mixing bowl tipper was designed to lift and tip a small Hobart Mixing Bowl.
The customer mixed a batter in the mixing bowl and then needed to discharge the
batter into a Riggs Autopack Depositor Hopper.
