Stainless Steel Lifting Gantry Description
This stainless steel lifting gantry was designed to lift a Forgerg Mixer to allow it to be taken away for cleaning. The lifting gantry was fitted with a electric chain hoist and had a Safe Working Load of 2000 Kgs. The overall height of the lifting gantry was adjustable from a minimum height of 2900mm to a maximum height of 3650mm. The lifting gantry was constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel and is fully TIG welded throughout to a pharmaceutical environment standard. The whole lifting gantry was mobile on four swivel braked castors to allow the lifting gantry to be used for other applications within the pharmaceutical environment.

Lifting Gantry Application Story
This lifting gantry was designed to be used in a Pharmaceutical Environment to lift a particular mixer but could also be used for many other heavy lifting tasks. The lifting gantry design was hygienic, easy to manoeuvre and easy to assemble.
