Tote Bin Weighing Platform Description
This tote bin weighing platform is designed such that the tote bin is wheeled up
a 25mm ramp and onto the lifting platform for weighing. The tote bin weighing platform
can either be used to check a bins weight or to fill the bin accurately when it
is on the platform. The tote bin weighing platform is constructed from Grade 304
stainless steel, is fully TIG welded throughout and is designed to be bolted to
the floor. The tote bin weighing platform is fitted with three 500 Kgs Load Cells
and a Ian Fellows Lucid display unit. All of the electrical equipment is mounted
in enclosures rated to IP65.

Tote Bin Weighing Platform Application Story
This tote bin weighing platform is designed to weigh a Standard 200 or 300 Litre
tote bin and to display the weight of the contents of the bin on the Ian Fellows
Lucid Display Unit. The Lucid display unit can be configured to give various outputs
to integrate with other equipment and systems.
